Entity Formation, Business Law and Civil Litigation Agreements & Fees
In order to retain an attorney from our firm all clients are required to execute a retainer agreement for services. Our retainer agreements detail the type of service to be provided as well as any cost and fees that will be applied to any services provided by the firm. We strongly encourage all clients to review our retainer agreement prior to retaining our services. If you have questions or concerns related to the retainer agreement you should address those concerns to your satisfaction prior to executing the retainer agreement.
Our retainer agreements and specifically our fee for services may differ between the various services that we offer and may be amended from year to year. Currently you are in our entity formation-business law-business litigation services page. We offer three different forms of billing and rated for services under this section of our practice:
Entity Formation Services – We provide two separate flat fees for business entity formation. Our fee covers preparation, filing and production of all necessary business forms but DOES NOT cover state filing fees which are paid separately. We charge a lesser fee for formations that do not require filing for a business license and a slight increase for formations that require filing for a business license.
Business Law – For business owners of any size that require the assistance of counsel for day-to-day business matters that include but are not limited to: drafting business agreements; reviewing of contract(s); assistance with handling complex legal issues; and, guidance regarding landlord-tenant issues, we offer a competitive billable hour fee agreement.
